Diet obsesed mothar?

my mothar is obsessed with me losing wieght
i went to the dactor yesterday
and i weigh 187...... ugh
she hid all the junk food
and has me on an exercise plan
ugh f**k this

It's hard to accept someone constantly telling you what's right from wrong when you're trying to fight their word and do what you want. But (yes, there's a but) it's ONLY for the better. She's looking out for you, if the time comes when someone tells you you're fat or overweight; You'll hate having to say mom you were right more than saying, mom I want this food. So before you let it EAT you inside, think about the consequences and more than anything, think about the support you have (that many don't).

Yes, she said shes just lookign out for me, but i wish she werent so harsh

She is like a gym enthusiast.
she loves everything to do with working out and eating right.
She wants me to be the same way.

awww. Yeah, if she talks about it too much, then i know it probably discourages you from even trying. so yeah, she should back off if its like a constant thing.
parents don't know how to go about parenting sometimes.

its good to remember that too much deprivation will lead to an excess of something once you aren't deprived of whatever you were deprived of.
So she should think moderation & not deprivation.

Wow, you're mother is being slightly hypocritical, and at that she's harsh with it. Like I said...tell her exactly that in a polite way. If that doesn't work "give her a dose of her own medicine". I hate being cruel to people, but it's totally true...Sometimes you gotta be cruel to be kind. That way they get the message!

You should be straight up with her
if you're happy with your body
then tell her that

Taylor is right! It's great to be confident with your body, but please make sure you are in shape..."fit". Also, make sure you're not confusing being happy with who you are versus happiness with you physical appearance. I'm not saying that you are...it's just a tip.

You should try to get fit in the funenst way possible, and Tai Bo isn't the answer. You should get Wii Fit. I heard it works.

lol "Tai Bo is boring"...I love it when he's like "double time go" but your P.E. class seems cool...y'all get to do Tai Bo (awesome!)

PE class is fun, except for Tai Bo days. If you compared most of the things we did in PE to Tai Bo, Tai Bo loses due to bordom.

On Tai Bo days as soon as everyone finds out that we're doing Tai Bo everyone groans and complains. Alot of people say they forgot their uniform just so they don't have to do it.

The only reason I did Tai Bo was because I didn't want to get anypoints off of participation [which is why I got 100 A+, liek said on another topic]

mmmm Yeah but ive decided just to suck it up and stop complaining, maybe she is just caring about me, i understand it totally, but ill have to comprimiseo n her workout habbits
