| alot of my friends know i have kinduva f***ed up relationship with food....i went from being 300 pounds to 170 pounds in 6 months cause i was anorexic...with actaully eating i have gotten better... i'm about 195 right now...but i feel guilty all the time... that's not what i'm asking for help for though... although i feel guilty, now all i do is overeat... does anyone have any tips on what normal eating is? i have lost like complete touch with what that is D: |

| it's 5 small meals a day at least thats what I do and im always uner 120 | |

| i don't prefer for u to do gym if u'll only stop... because u'll only gain double of the weight... so... just eat right... and healthy... that's what i'm trying right now... i was 140 last march... and now im 126... just drink loads of water... | |

| just watch what you eat.,. if you normaly eat 5plates of food.,. reduce it to 3 atleast.,. be aware.,. there are programs for that kind of problem.,. but I love food also!!.,. it's good to eat! and eat! but be careful not to be the too over weight.,. as long as you can still walk and run.,. then you'll be fine.,. | |
