horse shampoo..

ok so some people told me that its suppose to help your hair grow faster,

and some others told me its used to help make ur hair thicker?

so which one is it?
or does horse shampoo do anything at all?

It makes your hair thicker. For certain people, it may help with hair growth...but it thickens. Why, are you looking for something that helps with hair growth or hair thickening?!

but im tryin to find somethin to make my hair grow like a lot quicker.

im tired of having short(ish) hair :/

It makes your hair thicker.,. and at the same time grow longer.,. coz one of my classmates uses it.,. and just a few weeks, her newly short cut hair, got longer.,.

There are a few things you can do to make it grow.
Braid
Mayonnaise,Hour,Wrap,Heat,Once,Week
Hair (& nails) pill -expensive
And a few other, but these are the quickest I believe....oh and garlic shampoo

Dude, two words: BIOTIN & PROTEIN!!!!

The hardest part of this shizz is to keep it consistent.

You can get like a 4 month supply of biotin for like 10 dollars!

There's a brand called Natures Bounty, & one of the places that sells it is Walgreens.

They're like ALWAYS running a buy one get one free special.

You don't wanna pop like five pills a day, so you get the Super Potency kind, which is 5,000 mcgs (5mg)

You only have to tak ONE a day, and there a 60 capsules in one bottle. One bottle is like ten dollars, so BOGO(buy one get one free), you would be getting 120 capsules(4 months supply) for just ten dollars.

It's pretty bad ass. I know of this, because I actually work there!

So, like I said, you need PROTEIN(now THAT is the costly part).

You can keep it lite, and have like one shake per day or something.(I suggest Slim-Fast Low-Carb).
But it IS like 6 bucks for only a pack of 4 cans.

If you were to incorporate BOTH of those elements, you will see differences in more than your hair too.

You are an athlete, so you know hw important that protein is.
