Self-Esteem

I want to have higher self esteem
cause I really pitty myself all the time and i want to change that
I want confidence
cause I heard that's sexy appearently :/

So advice to get higher self esteem
and please dont say, "fake the confidence until you make it"

Look yourself in the mirror and don't leave it until you can say "You are smart, beautiful, caring, nice, and funny" and mean it.

You may look stupid doing it but it works.

I can say stuff like that.
but i wont believe it

That's why i said stay there until you mean it.

Or maybe you just need to hear it from other people.

I hear it enough from other people..It gets annoying

Well why don't you believe them. If they say it, I don't think they would lie directly to your face.

Because all those things I said were true. It sounds annoying, but its true.

So in the words of Naruto "Believe IT!!!"

In order to have self esteem you have to love yourself for who you are and respect yourself. be confident in who you are and slowly you will become more self confident. which then therefore leads to higher self esteem.

you have to believe in yourself.,. you have to know all your strengths and weaknesses and be able to make use of them to know where you're at.,.
let yourself grow.,. have an inspiration that you know will make you better.,. like an artist/singer/actor, your bf, your friends, someone.,. or your family.,.
